1.  What is the warranty on the tractors?
  A 2 year/2,000 hour warranty is standard on all Farm Pro tractors/TrakKing equipment that is produced and shipped from our production facilities after June 1st, 2005. Units prior to June 1st, 2005 carry a 6 month parts and labor warranty.
 
2.  Who manufactures the tractors for Homier Distributing Company?
Jinma Tractor Company who has been manufacturing heavy equipment for over 100 years. The Farm Pro design has been marketed for 47 years and for 16 years in the USA.
 
3.  Where are the tractors made?
  China. Final assembly is completed at Homier Distributing Co., Inc. production facility in Huntington, IN.

4.  Where can a customer get parts for the tractors?
  Parts are stocked at the Homier Customer Service Center. Farm Pro Factory Technicians can be contacted by calling 1-800-348-5004.
 
5.  What is the lifting capacity of the three-point hitch?
  20 HP - 810 pounds, 25 HP - 875 pounds, 30 HP - 1100 pounds.
 
6.  What is the hydraulic pressure?
  20 HP - 2000 psi, 25 HP - 2000 psi, 30 HP - 2275 psi.

7.  What equipment is available for the tractors?
  Rough cut and finish mowers, box grader, rototiller, bale spear, slip scoop, 6 shovel cultivator, 12 disc, light duty scraper blade, 3 point quick hitch, PTO driven chipper/shredder, and 1 ton 4 wheel manual dump trailer frame. Also front end loaders are available for all except the 20 HP with Ag tires and backhoes available to fit the 25 HP and 30 HP tractors.
 
8.  What equipment will the 20HP handle?
  Mowers, blades and boxes, slip scoop, and 4 wheel wagon.
 
9.  How deep will the backhoe dig?
  7 Foot deep. Farm Pro Dealerships also have USA manufactured 3 point hitch backhoes available to fit the 25 HP and 30 HP tractors in two models, 6ft dig and 7.5ft dig.

10.  What is the lifting capacity of the front-end loader?
  20 HP turf - 800 pounds, 25 HP - 900 pounds & 30 HP - 1000 pounds. The Koyker loaders are rated to lift approximately 1000 pounds on the 20 HP and 1500 pounds on the 25 HP and 30 HP.
 
11.  How long has Homier Distributing Co., Inc. been selling tractors?
  Since February 1st, 2002.
 
12.  What is the weight of the tractors?
  20 HP - 2660 pounds, 25 HP - 3040 pounds, 30 HP - 4380 pounds.

13.  What kind of engine do the tractors have?
  The engines are made by Jinma, Yang Dong, and Jang Dong. The 20HP, 25HP, and 30HP is a 3 cylinder diesel, 4-stroke and water cooled.
 
14.  How many gear selections or speeds do the tractors have?
  20 HP and 25 HP have 12 speeds forward and 4 speeds reverse, 30 HP has 8 speeds forward and 2 speeds reverse.
 
15.  Is the PTO live on all the tractors?
  Yes. It also has a two-stage clutch system.

16.  Do the tractors have glow plugs?
  Yes. They are energized by holding the ignition switch to the H position for 45 seconds. The tractors also have a decompression valve release lever for cold weather starting.
 
17.  Where do you get warranty work performed?
  For units purchased prior to June 1st, 2005, call customer service at 1-800-348-5004 and a tractor service rep (TSR) will make arrangements for the tractor to be worked on at either a Farm Pro dealership or one of the 1300 available service centers. For units purchased after June 1st, 2005, call customer service at 1-800-663-4505 and a tractor service rep (TSR) will make arrangements for the tractor to be worked on at either a Farm Pro dealership or one of the 1300 available service centers.
 
18.  Do we ship tractors?
  No. We will try to connect the customer to the nearest show or dealer.

19.  Will implements from other dealers work on our tractors?
  Yes. They must have a 6-spline input shaft and fit a category one 3 point hitch.
 
20.   Can you obtain technical support from Homier Distributing Company if you have questions about hooking up a piece of equipment to our tractor?
  Yes. We have certified technicians on staff at our assembly plant. Please call us at 1-800-348-5004.
